The data that you, as the owner of such data, provide us with shall be treated under the same principles established by the Law (legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility).

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, we shall use the following personal data:

   Full name, user name, email address, gender, date of birth, marital status, social network user name, address, landline and mobile telephone numbers.
2. Sensitive Personal Data:
   assets, personal image in video and photographs.

Purposes of the treatment of your Personal Data:

1. To provide good services throughout the whole intermediation process to rent residential, industrial or commercial real estate properties; tenant investigation processes, relocation management services, legal protection and ancillary services;
2. To consider you as part of our traffic statistics, therefore increasing our advertisement and market offers;
3. To send you e-mails with our newsletters, promotions, to answer queries or comments and keep our users informed.

Transfer of your Personal Data:

We hereby inform you that your personal data shall not be transferred or treated by any individuals or legal entities other than the ones who are part of the Responsible Party.

ARCO Rights:

At all times, you have the right to ACCESS the personal data that we possess and the details about the way they are treated. You also have the right to RECTIFY them in case they are inaccurate and to CANCEL them when you consider that the data we possess is excessive or unnecessary for the purposes that required gathering such data and to OPPOSE to the way they are being treated, by means of a corresponding request in a free-form written letter pursuant to the requirements established in the Law. Once we have received your request, we will notify you about the resolution reached in the timeframe established by the Law and, if applicable, it shall become effective in accordance with the timeframes stipulated by said Law.

You may revoke the consent you might have granted us to use your personal data. If you wish to revoke your consent, you must submit a request in accordance with the same terms you signed to exercise your ARCO rights.

Limitation of the use and disclosure of your data:

The Responsible Party hereby agrees to commit to safeguard your personal data under the strict physical, technical and administrative security measures that have been implemented in accordance with the Regulation of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable legal provisions, so as to protect said personal data against any damage, loss, alterations, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or treatment and seeking to, above all, guarantee the confidentiality of the data and ensure mitigating any risk or violation that might arise.

Use of cookies and web beacons:

We inform you that we use cookies, web beacons and other technologies in our web pages to monitor your behavior as a user when you navigate our page and offer you new product and services based on your preferences.
